The Pathway to a Nulife

man in denim shirt learning about treatment programs in MassachusettsIf you’re looking into treatment programs in Massachusetts for addiction or mental health disorders, you want to know that you’re getting the best possible care. At NuLife Behavioral Health, we offer comprehensive treatment services that are designed to meet your unique needs. We understand that mental health and substance use disorders affect each individual in complex ways, and we will work with you to create a treatment plan that helps you heal in every aspect of your life.

Individualized care is a common buzzword in treatment. We believe that it’s the key to success. Because these disorders affect everyone differently, a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work. At NuLife, we meet everyone where they are and get to know what makes them unique, from life experiences and life challenges to triggers and everything in between. We can’t assess how you will best recover until we understand how you got where you are. That’s why you will have the same treatment team work with you all the way through your time at NuLife.

Our Massachusetts treatment programs are evidence-based and research-backed, so you can be confident that you’re getting the most effective treatment available. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction or mental health concerns, we urge you to reach out for help. What We Treat

Our centers provide individualized treatment for all mental health or substance use issues. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with a primary mental health disorder, substance use disorder, or co-occurring issues, we can help.

Some of the concerns that we see often include:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Depression
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Schizophrenia
  • Substance use disorders

This is not an exhaustive list, as we are experienced in treating a wide variety of concerns. And since every client is different, we will develop a unique treatment plan for each person we work with.

Our Massachusetts Addiction Treatment Programs

We offer several levels of care in our centers, including:

Partial Hospitalization Program

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is designed for people who need more support than what an outpatient program can offer, but who don’t require the 24/7 care of inpatient treatment. PHP typically consists of six to eight hours of programming per day, five to seven days per week.

Clients in our PHP participate in group and individual therapy as well as evidence-based therapies like biosound and biofeedback therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed for people who need more support than what traditional outpatient therapy can offer. IOP typically consists of 12 hours of programming a week. While in this program, clients continue to build healthy coping skills and learn how to live a sober life.

Outpatient Program

Outpatient therapy is a good option for people who have completed more intensive levels of care and are looking to maintain their sobriety or mental health while living at home.

Our Approach to Treatment

At NuLife, we place an emphasis on the importance of family involvement in treatment. Substance use and mental health disorders can impact every member of a family, and we believe that families need support as they heal. Our Massachusetts treatment centers offer family support groups where you can connect with other families who are going through similar experiences and get support and guidance from our team.
