For those who have completed our partial hospitalization program and would benefit from continued support, we recommend our intensive outpatient program (IOP). This treatment program is ideal for those who need to continue working or attending school while receiving treatment. As clients work to maintain their recovery, our IOP provides the structure and support necessary to make lasting changes.
Whether you or a loved one are struggling with a substance use disorder, mental health concern, or both, we are here to help. Our IOP is led by a team of highly trained and experienced clinicians who will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. Treatment will include individual therapy and group therapy so you can work through your unique challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms. We understand that no two clients are the same, which is why we tailor our treatment to meet your specific needs. If you are ready to take the next step in your recovery, call us today at 888.568.2057 to learn more about our Massachusetts intensive outpatient program.
What Is an Intensive Outpatient Program?
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a type of treatment that provides many of the same services as an inpatient program but allows clients to live at home and continue working or going to school. IOPs are ideal for those who need more support than what is available through traditional outpatient therapy but do not need the 24/7 care of an inpatient program.
At NuLife Behavioral Health, our Massachusetts IOP offers individualized treatment for substance use disorders and mental health concerns. We understand that no two clients are the same, which is why we create a personalized treatment plan for each person who comes to us for help.
Our IOP consists of small interactive groups along with individual sessions with your primary therapist. Typically, clients visit our centers for 12 hours each week. Clients attend three group therapy sessions a week as well as individual counseling sessions with a licensed professional. We also encourage those in recovery from substance use disorders to attend 12-step support programs, which can be a way to continue building a support system after treatment.
Benefits of Our IOP
